Service & Pricing Disclaimer
Flat-rate pricing covers up to three strategic service attempts at one address. Each additional address for the same recipient or matter is subject to an additional $45 fee. Pricing may vary based on location, urgency, number of parties, and number of addresses. All requests are reviewed before confirmation and assignment. Billing occurs upon successful service or completion of the third attempt, including non-service and due diligence results.
Third-Party Service Disclaimer
For service requests outside of Pro Serve LA's primary service area, including out-of-state assignments or extended California counties, Pro Serve LA may engage an independent third-party process server to complete the requested services.
All third-party process servers are selected in good faith based on their qualifications, experience, and availability. While Pro Serve LA coordinates the assignment and remains the client's primary point of contact, completion of service depends on the third-party process server's efforts and the circumstances encountered during service.
Fees paid for completed attempts, travel, investigations, or other work performed by a third-party process server are non-refundable once those services have been rendered. Pro Serve LA is not responsible for delays, scheduling issues, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control that affect third-party performance, but will make reasonable efforts to provide timely communication and coordinate satisfactory completion of the assignment.
